This week, the owners and founding members of the Arena Football Association made the decision to remove the North Texas Bulls from the AFA.
The AFA is committed to holding each of its teams to the highest of standards and those standards apply evenly to each of its member clubs. The North Texas Bulls were not forthright in their dealings with other member clubs and fell well short of league requirements, including player safety, despite promises and assurances that were made.
The AFA plans to work with its five remaining clubs to fill dates on its schedule that are affected by the removal of the Bulls. The revised schedule will be announced at a later date.
